Anwenderzentrum für Medizintechnik

Das Gebäude wird als Forschungsgebäude genutzt. Neben Labor- und Messräumen kommen hauptsachlich Büros und offene Büroflächen zur Ausführung. Aufgrund des anstehenden Grundwassers wurde die Baugrube in Spundwandbauweise gesichert und das Kellergeschoss nach Anforderung an Wasserdichtigkeit, als Weiße Wanne ausgeführt.

Nach der planerischen Anforderung über freie Raumgestaltung wurde auf tragende Innenwände verzichtet und die weitgespannten Decken über Stahlbeton-Versorgungsschächte abgelastet.
