Sanierung und Umbau eines Fachwerkhauses zur Parfümerie

Der Umbau des alten Fachwerkhauses zu einem Geschäftshaus erforderte besondere Sorgfalt, da die tragenden Decken- und Wandkonstruktionen mit dem Nachbargebäude verbunden waren. Hier wurde zur Umgestaltung der Deckensysteme in den einzelnen Geschossen, ein Statisches Konzept ausgearbeitet, um die Schadensfreiheit des Nachbargebäudes zu gewährleisten.
